About Us
The Liverpool Royal infirmary Training School Nurses' League was founded
in 1933 to help nurses keep in touch with their training school, and to
form a bond of friendship with each other.
The current membership stands at 550, with members throughout the United
Kingdom and Europe, as well as further a field in Australia, Canada, New
Zealand and South Africa.
Membership is open to all Nurses who undertook either their full training,
or part of their training at the Liverpool Royal Infirmary.
A reunion, and A.G.M. is held on the 3rd Saturday in October, each year,
which since 1998 has been established, back at the hospital, now known
as the Foresight Centre.
The League publishes a Journal, which is sent to each member annually.
